I did a gym membership about two years ago and stopped after not even 3 months...Now I have joined a new gym that I like a lot more...only thing is I need some ideas on some workout plans to do at the gym. I could really use some people that likes to help people like me...Message me or post here I really need peoples support and advice!!! :)

    Hey, How are you? Here are a couple of sites that may be able to assist U with not only the gym/fitness workouts, but also with your nutrition as well. Check out http://leehaney.com/ and click on the tab that pertains to U and your goals. Also another good reference site is Bodybuilding.com, they have everything from nutrition, to beginner workouts, to advance workouts, and supplements. I am sure you will get other suggestions, but check these out as well!

    check if your gym includes free info/training sessions for new members!
    i just joined the Y, and i will have 6 free intro-to-training sessions with the trainers there :o)

    usually if you are new to a gym you can ask for a free oriantation and they will show you everything and give you an idea of where to start. i would ask if they offer anything like that.
