I have always had a high matablisim but a few years ago i passed out because i didn't eat breakfast and ever since I've had problems, roughly 3 hours after eating if I'm moving around i start to feel light headed, a little weak and dizzy. If I'm doing physical activity it happens a lot faster and i need to eat right away im wondering how i can get this to stop. I also have a taekwondo blackbelt test coming up the last week of November and it's going to last 4 hours and i have no idea if i can get through that because it's extremely intense, i currently don't know if we'll have breaks to get a snack. But i really need help to figure out what to do because i really want to take this test and i don't want to live everyday having to worry about have i eaten enough or when did i last eat.
Sorry if this was all over the place but i wanted to make sure i have enough details.
I'm 5'10"
148 lbs
If that helps to figure anything out

Probably not what you want to hear but a Doc is going to be the best bet on figuring this out for you.0

What I often do is take a small canned soda with me, and if I feel like I'm having a low I drink that [I've been getting them often since recently starting a new job]. However, if the lows are caused by hypoglycemia and not just a high metabolism, then throwing sugar at it may make it worse.
It's best to talk to a doctor about it to see if you have hypoglycemia. In the meantime you can try eating foods with a low glycemic index and see if that helps [that way if it is hypoglycemia, low GI foods don't trigger such a strong insulin response and should keep blood sugar levels up].0 -
Yeah lightheaded, week, and dizzy is a doctor thing.0
