Hello! I've been using MFP for 4 years now (1445 consecutive days). I've lost 100lbs and discovered a love for running however in the past year-ish I've gained about 15lbs back. I've never added friends before; I've mostly used MFP just for logging but I need to start changing things up and getting back on track. So feel free to add me! The only thing is my diary will be kept private. I do this because I try to log as accurately as possible, including all binges which happen more often than I like.
