Hi I have started reguler jogging since two month and lose about 8 KG weight. But still no significant drop in belly fat How I can targer belly fat. Your auggestions and experience will be valuable for me. Thanks

    You can't spot-reduce fat, unfortunately. Keep running and eating at a calorie deficit, and the belly fat will disappear eventually. :)

    Thanks dear for your advise. I am planning to do weight lifting from next week. Chest and bicept will be my targets.
    Is this good for me ?
