5k with Daughter

SO, my daughter is involved with Girls on the run... she asked me to run with her in the 5k at the end of this session. Long story short. I haven't run in AGES, so my challenge is to not only run but keep a 10 min/mile (I know... slow) or less in order to keep pace with her. i have until Nov 18th which is just over 9 weeks. this is going to be FUN!!!

    Awesome!! I love running with my kids. You can do it, you've got a great reason to be motivated :smile:
