Question on calorie deficit at 1200

I'm a 5'1", 53-year-old woman that currently weighs 147.7, down from 201 since last August. I have MFP set at sedentary, and then I log all exercise and have been eating most of those back. MFP doesn't allow me to go below 1200 a day, and even when I put a modest weight loss of 1/2 pounds per week, it still has me at 1200 for sedentary. Does anyone happen to know what my deficit is at 1/2 pound per week? What would it be at 1 pound per week?

Change your settings to maintenance. Subtract 250 calories from that, that's half a pound a week. Subtract 500 calories from that total, that's one pound a week.0
