I need an accountability partner who will be encouraging yet annoy and bug the *kitten* out of me if I'm not logging in and not exercising at least 3 times a week. In exchange you get the same. I am so sick of getting pumped up with a new plan and then I just lose motivation and gain the 5 lbs I lost back. This happens over and over and I need someone to kick me in the butt. Someone like me. I'm female, 35, I weigh 150lbs and ideally would like to get down to 130lb but would be thrilled to get to 135lbs. I work full-time, married with 2 boys ages 4 and 8. I'm a calorie counter and I "jog" for exercise. I say "jog" because I'm really not all that good at it. Sometimes I paddleboard, exercise videos, cross country ski, etc. If you are similar and need someone to do the same for you let me know!

Like so many others. It's all about coming back to give another go.1

For clarification, I don't need a clone, just someone who's kind of in the same boat. Another woman, someone who can relate.0

I'm with you! I will go good for about 2 weeks then fall off. My husband is so picky With food I fall into eating unhealthy with him. I have 2 girls, a 11 yr old and a 5.5 month old, work full time and will be starting school come October. I normally try to walk/"jog" everyday and try to get in a workout video 4-5 times a week. I'm 5'10 and as of this am I'm 199 and would like to be down to 155-160 range.

why can't it be a guy? I am pretty new here. Married with a handsome 5 year old, and an adorable 3 year old princess. I work a full time job, so my exercise time is usually from around 4-6 in the morning. I honestly would like to lose another 15 pounds but its not my ultimate goal. My motivation partner would have to make sure I am staying to track with my training!0

feel free to request my as a friend if I past the interview, if not, good luck. I know you will be fine and reach your goal!0

I am looking for a accountability partner too. I have tried without having support but have done much better with support. I am 29 work second shift but am trying to get up in the morning and do something that resembles a workout lol. I am working with a dietitian and feel motivated but know this feeling i have will die within a week if I don't find someone that will hold me accountable. PM me if you want to exchange numbers or add me on MFP and we can kick some butt.I have 60lbs i want to loose so HELP please!!1

You can add me, too! I did really well last year, then gained most of it back this year. Need motivation in a big way and sick of Facebook. I'm 42, married with no kids, work full time, live in MI. I'm currently attempting 21 day fix extreme this week.1

Anyone can add me as well. I am giving it a good go this time. I am hoping to really establish a habit. So far so good. I am at a point in life where I can devote the kind of time necessary to seeing actual results!0
