Hello,
I have been fighting Fibromyalgia since I was 13. It is a constant struggle. There are some day I do not even want to get out of bed. I find that walking and using my elliptical really helps. My elliptical helps to loosen me up in the AM then I walk when I get to work and after. I stand all day and I constantly need to be on the move or I get stiff. If I stay 'fluid' I can manage my symptoms but my weight also plays a factor in my pain. I have to maintain my weight because once I reach a certain amount the pain comes back.
I hope that you find relief from your symptoms.1 -
I'm fighting it too. I find simply walking is good. Get yourself a pedometer and try and increase your steps a little each day. My joints tend to be better when I weight train. I use dumbells at home and follow a random selection of you tube videos.
Good luck and keep fighting it.0
