Newby to this app

I have always struggled to gain muscle mass and started to believe that I would never get to my target weight of 13 stone but this app has given me a ray of hope. By using the calorie calculator I realised that I was about 750 calories a day short of my target. I added 3 egg omelet to my breakfast each morning and aim for an extra 100 calories at each meal making up for the short fall. Can't wait for the gains, will post some pics of before and after when I have results.
