Newby to this app

I have always struggled to gain muscle mass and started to believe that I would never get to my target weight of 13 stone but this app has given me a ray of hope. By using the calorie calculator I realised that I was about 750 calories a day short of my target. I added 3 egg omelet to my breakfast each morning and aim for an extra 100 calories at each meal making up for the short fall. Can't wait for the gains, will post some pics of before and after when I have results.

    Hey! Welcome (: I sent an add your way! To meet my bulk goals I do protein pancakes and add turkey bacon/sausage to every breakfast.

    It's hard getting the calories when you eat healthy. I eat skinless chicken at least twice a day but I will be leaving the skin on from now on :)
