I started my weight loss journey in April because I was sick of people calling me fat and my sisters cutting me down. I have gone from having size 24 pants being loose/ size 22 being too tight to having size 18's getting loose. My goal is to be between 160 and 180 pounds. I don't want to be told I have a whale's *kitten* anymore.
Weight: 261pounds
>239.6 pounds
Bust: 52 inches
>46.5 inches
Waist: 50 inches
>46 inches
Hips: 54 inches
> 49.5 inches
Thigh: 30 inches --> 24 inches
Each bicep: 15 inches ---> 12.5 inches

I set my goal to 1.5 pounds loss per week. I try to eat semi healthy, about an 80-20 mix. I don't force myself not to eat something I like. If I want chocolate, I eat a small bar. I try to do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day.0
