I don't know if this is the right area to ask but how should I track my work out to *blushing* Richard Simmons sweating to the oldies work out DVD?

i used to do those when i was younger they were fun i though... and i heard a song from that tape earlier today... anyway i would just list it as aerobics0

i would log it under low impact aerobics, or even dancing. i always do mine under low impact. i love richard simmons. i wish i could get my hands on his little food companion again. i loved that thing.0
