Call me a geek, call me unusual, but I listen to chiptunes a lot. I have found they help my mind focus and aid in my ability to focus, be it motivation or relaxation.
I have favorite chiptunes playlists on both Spotify and YouTube Music.1 -

Oh, to get a rhythm going, try downloading some Army or Marine running cadences. You need not listen to the words - just get a rhythm. Makes the run a lot easier.1

My favorite song to run to is AWOLNATION'S Knights of Shame. It's 12 minutes long, so I know I've done a mile by the time its over and it has all kinds of crazy time changes in it.1
