Fat Deposits on Internal Organs

Does anyone know if you lose weight, do you lose the fatty build up on your organs such as the heart, liver, kidney's, etc?
I can only imagine what mine look like, and would love to be able to lose this build up.
Thanks heaps!

My understand is that you will lose it with diet adjustments, but the risk is that you have already damaged the organ. Fatty Liver can become so severe that the tissue itself is irreversibly damaged, and with your heart it isn't so much the heart itself but the vessels carrying the blood supply you want to worry about.
But yes, with diet and lifestyle changes most of us should be able to pull ourselves back together!0 -
From everything I've read, It's ABSOLUTELY reducing. And not just on your organs. Many people carry intra-muscular fat too and you're losing that as well. It's actually helped keep me motivated when my external fat loss is going slower than I would like to see. I know I'm reducing fat on my heart and in my belly even when i can't see it. That is a very good thing, health wise.0

Yes, when you lose weight you also lose visceral fat and that, I think, is what makes you healthier.0

Thanks for all the reply's! When they took my Gall Bladder out, that said I had "scarring" on my liver. I asked if that was a problem and they said it should heal itself and is probably from the Gall Bladder being infected (??).
I'm on a mission to not only lose the external fat, but the internal also.
Thanking you All.0
