Hi, I have used MFP before and am now hoping it will work well for me this time.. I do start out with good intentions and do good for a week or so, but then home or work or both will stress and upset me and I am back to stuffing my face!! How do you cope with not wanting to eat when your not happy? Does anyone else get the same or is it just me? :/

    Surround yourself with motivated people who hold you accountable! Also, transparency is a huge motivator. You can do this! Feel free to add me, as I'm always a cheerleader for anyone trying to improve their health!
