Hi I'm a Newby here & I'm loving this app... calorie counting & food diary are brill . ... day 3 & here's hoping .... 18st 3 lb shocking...17st 13lb for next Fri

4 lb in one week is pretty substantial, even if you achieve it because you're just starting aim for a more realistic (and healthy) loss of 1 to 2 lbs per week. Good luck!1

Yeah your definetely right DD .. it only because my goal right now is to get under the 18 stones & into 17s.. I was 20st 2lb but just cannot get out of the 18 stones .. Other than that 1lb a week is my goal lol .. Thanks hun xx0

Hi, looking at the above messages it looks as if you are doing really well!! Ive just come back to MFP hoping to really crack it this time.. I did get a little off before but I have gone right up to my heaviest again! :-(1
