    Dairy Queen burger and fries.

    Turducken with a side of scalloped potatoes.

    Steak with sweet potato fries.

    Quiche loaded with cheese and made with cream instead of milk.
  • Well, a 3 egg cheese omelette cooked in a tablespoon of butter and a large apple or bowl of oatmeal on the side is worth around 540-580 calories with about 30 carbs and maybe 25-30 grams of protein. Or Peanut butter on an English muffin with a banana, and a couple of scrambled eggs.
