WOW! Thanks! I make a similar concoction for lunch sometimes minus the egg & adding baby bella mushrooms. I also use grapeseed oil. Never tried it with the Pace Picante sauce either. Hmmm...grocery store here I come! LOL!

And LOVE the Harley--used to ride with my dad (he's now passed away) when I was a teen & LOVED it! Maybe one day I'll try it again on my own...much to my hubby's chagrin, I'm sure! LOL!

Mushrooms would be awesome as well and add very little to calorie totals. Pace Picante goes good on just about anything if you like a spicy tomato salsa. Calories are pretty much nil as well. As to the Harley. I love to ride it and your never to old to learn a new way to have fun. Although they say riding is risky behavior so is just being alive now isn't it lol? Good Luck on your journey!

That sounds super yummy especially with the mushrooms cuz I just adore mushrooms. Never tried Grapeseed oil Kim, is it good for your heart and does it taste funny or anything?
