Hi, I'm on day 5 of Keto. I'm pretty active during the week, getting 15-20k steps and doing SL 3 times a week. I find it difficult to stay satisfied on my high energy days and hitting macros too. Fat and protein in particular. I find I'm way over protein and way under fats. Then my calorie intake gets all outta whack. I'll post a few days of my diary so you can see what I mean. Lol. Any tips, recipes and advice appreciated. TIA!ohltcfdvpuj0.png

I'd say, hit your protein, stay below a carb ceiling and fill in the rest with fats. If you are under on some days, don't sweat it much. We have fat stores that will make up the difference. ;) But if hungry, eat more... or differently.

If you really want to hit your fat macro, choose fattier cuts of meat. Consider lean a dirty word. Switch the white breast meat for a skin on leg, etc. I can't see what your actual meals are, but if you are eating lean meats and some seafood, you'll need to add fats to hit your fat macros.

To add fats, add a tablespoon of butter to your meats or veggies, use cheese more often or more of it, use whipped cream instead of milk, and maybe try BPC or fat bombs. Put mayo on meats. Or make a big salad with extra full fat dressing on it. Or add seeds or nuts. Or grated cheese. Add more fats to each meal and you'll be set.

Thank you! Today was much better. Adding spinach into my meals totally made everything awesome. Then I would dress it up. I think the main message here was... More fat! Got it
