Hey anybody know how to calculate breastfeeding so it can be added to my exercises. And how I can add more calories to my calorie intake because it's currently too low.

I am not sure how to log it in MFP, but I once read that breastfeeding burns on average 40 calories per ounce you produce! Hope that helps.1

I add 300 calories to my mfp goal. I use 300 because my son is 11 months and doesn't nurse at much at he used to. I am losing weight and doesn't seem to be effecting my supply. If he was exclusively breastfeed I would add around 500.1

I've added 300 calories and exclusively breastfeed. So far my milk supply hasn't changed since I changed my diet and started working out.0

If you search breastfeeding in the food diary there are options to add in as negative calories3

That's handy to know! Awesome.0
