Hi everyone! My name is Lauryn & I'm 18. Feel free to add me! I'm looking for friends to help hold me accountable and motivate me - I was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and put on a bunch of weight on some of my medication so I'm trying to really stick with the lifestyle change this time
