I'm looking for support/friends from everyone on here! I'm a 22 year old looking to lose 30 pounds. Anyone else have the same goal? Let's motivate one another

    I'm 23 looking to lose most of my body fat, 5-10 more lbs, and then add muscle. I work outside and am always sweating so losing weight is no problem, but getting motivated to actually workout is hard.

    I came to this site to lose the 30lb i gained back after an 86lb loss a few years ago. Im 20lb from goal now. Im older than you but our goals ar similar

    U may add me if u like. I am 48 years old, lost 40 lb, regained a few during a time I could not get to the gym, have 5 to lose back off. Goal is 120. I am five foot three.
