I guess that makes me a loser squared-ha!
In all seriousness, the fact that I was the last picked has lit a fire in me that I absolutely needed stoked. Someone (basically) saying they don't believe that i can do something is the biggest motivator for me to not only do that thing-but do it better than anyone else.
So, yes...I'm starting this road burning calories out of spite-but nearly one week in I'm seeing just how great it is for me. At 5' 11" I was weighing in at 226. Looking to be 160/165 by June 30th of 2017 (the end of our contest). I'm down 7 lbs so far, but would love encouragement (and maybe a little tough love) keeping myself. I'll do the same for you.
Then again, nah-you probably won't stick to this program either...

Probably best thing to happen to you. Their way of losing weight is the absolute worst way. Most all of them gain it back.
Slow and steady, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Toss me a friend request!

Hey LufK, you don't need the show to lose weight girl. The show comes w all access to a gym, trainer, weight loss programs, support crew, nutritionist and your one and only job and focus is to lose weight. In the real world you have other priorities like a job, family n friends, chores etc BEFORE you can even think about yrself and losing weight and who knows if you might put all the weight on again once you leave/the show finishes. I've always wanted to get healthy and lose weight but after a week I would give up because of old habits and excuses and it's taken all those fails to understand why it didn't work (ahhh maybe I shld not have eaten that burger combo after my workout, ya think?)and to get my head right w regular exercise and proper nutrition to motivate and keep me going. So congrats on the weight loss and don't lose focus!! You are proving to yourself that you don't need the show girlfriend, you got this and you doing it all by your own self0
