Whenever you can? Morning? Afternoon? Night? Before a meal? After etc.

Myself, I have no set time its usually once or twice a day 15-60 minutes so no set time either (I do it when kids are good and from home)

It all depends on when I have time. During the summer though, I usually run in the early evening. When I ride, I do so in the morning and I do the shred before or after those workouts so morning or evening. That said, whenever I can find time would be more accurate. I have a 3 year old, a house, I'm a full time student and I work part time on top of all the running and riding. Time is VERY limited and hard to make!

Whenever I can. I have a varied work schedule, so some days it's afternoon, sometimes it's 5 AM, sometimes it's 8 PM. That's been going on for over a year now. Actually, I think it has been a positive thing, in that it feels like my body is "ready" for exercise any time of day.

Generally 9-11 AM. On my rest days/days the gym are closed it varies a bit but usually in the morning. If I wait until later in the day I seem to find too many excuses not to do it.

Well, I'm a working mother of 2 with a legally blind husband, so I have to workout when I can find the time, especially since my husband can't drive and I have to take care of everything. Usually it's either early before work or late after the kids are in bed and asleep.

When I have time, but I do try to get it done before lunch so I can just take my shower afterward. I hate to go too long in the morning without a shower, but I also don't want to have to take two showers in one day, so I try to work out as early as possible in the day.

Whenever I can fit it in and whatever I feel like doing. Every day is different on both counts, LOL. I may do boxing one day, belly dancing the next, and kettlebells the next - as long as you move and push yourself on a regular and frequent basis, that's the important thing

If I'm doing a workout dvd like Turbo Fire or P90X I do it during my son's afternoon nap. If I go running, it's up around 430am and run before the baby wakes up for the day. In the morning before a run I don't eat first but if I'm working out later in the day I usually eat something an hour before my workout.

i just make sure i do it at some point between waking up and going to bed, basically when i'm feeling it (though some days, it has to be forced). i'd say i do a majority of it in the early afternoon or early evening.

I normally do mine around 2ish in the afternoon. My boyfriend gets off of work at 330, so I kinda wait till the last minute to clean the house and exercise before he gets home.

I am lucky enough to have an office and an hour for lunch. I eat in 30 mins. and work out for the other 30. Then, some evenings and weekends I jog.

I have to workout of the evenings about two days out of the week due to my work schedule but on other days I prefer to workout in the mornings. For me I seem to have more energy and it gets my day off to abetter start.

I go to the gym and meet with a trainer, so my workouts are not very flexible. Tues/Thurs/Fri i work out at 1, Sat at noon and Sun from 10-12. Usually i do an hour of cardio after my weight training. On Wed, i don't go to the gym, so i do some core work and cardio at home, usually around 11am.

In the morning. I try to be at the gym by 7 but it's often 730. I workout go home get the kids ready for day care then go to work. From time to time I will go about 930 after I drop them off (if my teenager isn't home).

I will try to swim or do a workout video later in the afternoon but I have found if I don't hit the gym early I am probably not going to!

Whenever I can! Sometimes it's in the morning, other time's it's around midday. I've never exercised at night, except for maybe walking or just doing a few dips with the weights while I watch TV. Usually when I do workout it's for 30-45 minutes a day. I can't afford a gym either. I'm still trying to be consistent with it, so I can be working out at least 5-6 days a week. Lately it's been a mostly cardio workout, since I just started Insanity, so I'm still trying to find that perfect time of the day where I can really dig deep.

Whenever I can fit it in! I'm not one of those EARLY morning exercisers, but if I have a day off of work, I'm usually in the gym by 10:00am. When I have a full day at work, I do evening workouts, and on days that I have my night classes, I workout in the afternoon.

During the week I work out after I get off work. Usually around 3. On the weekends I have to do it as soon as I get up or I will find plenty of other things to occupy my time so usually around 6 am.

Whenever possible. Usually it ends up being in the evening. Sometimes I'm busy all day, so I do a kickboxing video at midnight.

    Sat & Sun, usually anywhere from 7am-10am. Mon-Thurs, 4am.
  • I use to work out whenever I could squeeze in the time for it. But it ended up being that I'd walk 2 hours around 7pm or later. It interfered with my sleep and with my diagnosis I cannot lose sleep or mess up my sleeping pattern. So now if I don't walk 30 minutes before work (7:30 am - 8:00 am) and again at lunch (Noon - 12:30 pm) than I have to pretty much forget it at least when my health is unstable (going through a flare up like now).

I get up at 5:30 am to do it. I hate it but I need to do it while my kids are asleep and I can't sleep if I do it at night (after 8 when they go to bed).

During the week I have an alarm set for 3AM. At 4AM I actually get up (it takes me a while to get motivated), so it's usually around 4:30 in the morning. The small fitness center in my apartment complex has 24-hour access and at that time I have it all to myself.

    Evening.

I am NOT a morning person and work out of the house. So, the husband and I workout together after the munchkin has gone to bed. Sometimes we have dinner after, but usually before. Then we have a protein shake and/or low fat ice cream afterwards.

M-F is in the evening after work/dinner. Sat/Sun is whenever. It works for me and that is the key!

I prefer to do my cross-training workouts (like resistance bands, squats, etc.), in the morning, because when I wait until the evening for those, something else ends up getting in the way. My runs are generally in the late afternoon/evening, since my daughter's dad doesn't come home until around five o'clock, and needs some time to unwind before I head out. There are days when I'll do the runs early in the morning, but those are days when I have to work around his schedule in the evening (he works as a wildlife biologist, so sometimes he ends up doing wildlife surveys late at night), so I just adapt, even though I absolutely hate getting up for early runs.

That's just what we have that works at the moment, though, I'm sure that will change come this fall when I go back to school, and I'll just have to get my runs in whenever I can, instead of when I would prefer.

On Weekdays I'm at the gym by 5:30am. Weekends I do like to hit the gym as early as possible, but in reality it's whenever I make it to the gym.
