How to eat more peanut butter with less calories
I love peanut butter. I have a secret. Sounds weird, maybe a little gross, but it works. I take my peanut butter and add some water, almost equal parts, and microwave it until it melts. Then I add some splenda. I add cinnamon sometimes too. This makes a great spread or dip for apples. I think of it as double the peanut butter with the same calories. It tastes really good.
