    Hey xx Marie my name is Greg and Im doing the lowcarb keto high fiber diet you should do it eating high fiber carbohydrate foods and moderate protein high fat diet plus do a work out using 80 pound dumb bellsfor 30-35 minuyes and then walking for 20-25 minutes

    Hey Greg, good to hear from you. I was on the keto diet before, only for about 3 weeks. This time I'm gonna stick to it. Little worried abut losing lean muscle though. Your thoughts?
