Hey xx Marie my name is Greg and Im doing the lowcarb keto high fiber diet you should do it eating high fiber carbohydrate foods and moderate protein high fat diet plus do a work out using 80 pound dumb bellsfor 30-35 minuyes and then walking for 20-25 minutes0
