What am I doing wong?

I added all my foods from yesterday to my food calculator thing and I also added all my exercises but for some reason it did not subtract calories for the exercises. Shouldnt it do this or am I doing something wrong?

    Hello,
    It will only subtract calories if the exercise is cardio. Was your exercise strength training?
  • OHHHH I see!!! No I did strength training yesterday. That makes sense DUH .......:blushing:

    No problem..
    strength training is important but when I eat something as a treat, I know I need to run up and down my stairs for 5 minutes to offset it.
