Hello my name is Brittany and I just signed up for this because I am determined I am going to lose weight. I also want to get fit b/c I am so out of shape. So if anybody could give me some pointers on exercise or healthy food choices I'd greatly appreciate it. Let's go and get fit!

    Don't underestimate just walking. An hour of walking is roughly 300 calories which can be the difference between losing and not losing over a week.
