How much does occasional alcohol hurt your diet?

Most bars have diet soda on hand. A rum in diet coke is much better calorie wise than real coke. A diet 7-up or ginger ale or Sprite mixes well with some liquors too. Or a shot of a tasty liquor by itself is good. I discovered Limoncello recently. Yum!1

You had fun. Don't stress the calories And you did the right thing by getting right back on track. The days of one bad day leading to another and another and another are OVER for us! And yes, most of the weight gain was probably the sodium (I always wake up in the night thirsty after having pizza before bed).
A recent dinner/dance occasion I went to had great music and I danced the whole night. A double win......less drinking and more exercise lol I ended up only having a couple of glasses of wine (got my buzz on) and then kept a pitcher of ice water on the table. And the bonus track was that I felt awesome in the morning! Why has it taken me so long to figure this stuff out?????1
