Do you need extra accountability to finish out your food diary for the day? Then this challenge is for you! I need all the help I can get, too.
The rules are simple. Keep a running tally of if you logged for the day and if you were under goal. If you want extra motivation, keep a streak of how many days you finished out the day under your calorie goal.
