Ok so this is going to sound NUTS but since I have been eating better I have been having bad dreams every night! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Actually I'm thinking it has me too! My boyfriend says I am yelling all the time in my sleep lately, however I never remember it in the morning.

there are times when i eat late or eat something in particular right before bed and have weird dreams..yes. Figure out what you're eating near bedtime..it wouldn't be overall eating healthy.. in my opinion..not like i'm an expert.. :)

Also..are you eating right before you go to sleep? Try not doing that if you are..

No, I'm not eating close to bedtime. I will have to keep a close on that, though.

Nope, haven't noticed that. What does cause bad dreams for me is if I get too hot at night. But food - nah.

Stress all the time. :( I have a fan on at night so I don't usually get too hot in bed. Thanks ladies. ;)

I've had bad dreams but didn't associate them to healthy eating....

Are you cutting caffeine or nicotine? Either will give bad dreams and often flu like symptoms.

I actually sleep better because I'm exhausted from working out and there's no food rumbling around being digested in my tummy to keep me awake.

I tend to have dreams when I sleep too much (or nap during the day) - which, thankfully, is not often. Or, when I'm sick.

Have you started a new medication or switched brands on a current medication? Name brand Zyrtec gives me more bad dreams than usual but the Walmart brand Zyrtec doesn't. Or started new supplements?

Actually I've noticed I've been having good dreams since I've started! I think it's because I make sure my dinner is something really good, but maybe it's just the change in weather

I am having very vivid dreams lately but I'm pregnant and that's normal in the second trimester. Drives me nuts, wake up more tired then when I went to bed.
