Yes, the Fitbit is not syncing. I saw a post and it said they are aware and working on it. They also said "not to disconnect and reconnect" as this will not fix it. :-(

Same, just noticed it. My food is still syncing to my Fitbit app, but steps aren't syncing with myfitnesspal.

My steps are not syncing also
  • I started using under armour record with my fitbit and made sure to make it my main step counter on MFP and no issues since

Still nothing--hasn't taken account of Fitbit steps since September. Have disconnected, reconnected, etc. Ditto with my new Alta. It is my step tracker. It is my activity tracker--MFP "knows" this and still nothing. There is no reason for me to track my food here if it won't adjust for my Fitbit. MFP wants all exercise entered here but Fitbit has a better interface for this. Has anyone gotten this to work?

I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages...

Fitbit not syncing, followed instructions to the letter and still not showing steps, will work however with Iphone app.Problem is I have the fitbit which would be a better indication of my workouts.

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.
