My nutritionist gave me set of macro goals, I find MFP sets goals by percent will upgrading help me gram wise I stead of percentage wise

And just want to know In general from those who have the premium is it worth it? Does it help you reach your goals? I'm definitely willing to try it

I went ahead and took the plunge and I'm glad I did. It's a lot easier to keep on track with my macros when I can see how they play out meal by meal instead of in aggregate at the end of the day. Nice not having the annoying ads too.

If you're doing the macros, then I say 100% yes it's worth it. Not only can you set the amount, you can eliminate the calories burned during exercise, and you can adjust daily macro goals (if you get that far into it with your nutritionist). The bonus discounted purchase at Under Armour is a sweet deal too if you need a bit of gear.

I'm in the same boat as the rest of these Awesomites.

Too bad Under Armour can't combine a premium package with their other fitness and healthy app suites to make it more appealing.
