I usually just add some salt and pepper and lemon juice! Or lemon pepper or cajun seasoning.0

Olive oil and McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning -
pat dry whitefish and set down on a piece of aluminum foil
brush fish with olive oil
sprinkle the top generously with McCormick's Montreal Chicken Seasoning
close up the foil so as to create an envelope
place on the grill or in a pre-heated oven (350 degrees)
cook for 10-12 minutes per pound of fish before you start checking it

I usually do 20 minutes at 350 and it's perfect every time. Usually around 1 lb at a time.0

I love topping my white fish with homemade pesto. I use very little oil in my recipe.0

I put one or two frozen filets on foil (spray with Pam first). Season with lemon pepper and paprika. Slices of lemon on top with dill and fresh parsley. I throw in some slices of red onion and grape tomatoes. Occasionally I will also add some green olives and plain artichoke hearts, too. Roll it up in a foil packet and throw it right on the oven rack. At about 350 for 30-ish mins. I eat it with a half cup of brown rice and a sprinkle of sea salt. Super good.0
