Hi all,I've been using Fitness Pal for a coupe of years now. It really helps me to keep track of the calories I've consumed and to make I eat the right amount of protein every day. Also track my steps on here as well. I've now lost 50 pounds in weight so happy with the results. A combination of the right food and exercise.
