So as I lay in bed moaning after my first boxing class, I figured I'd do the mfp dealio again. I've used this app before, but for dieting only. Those times I never felt the app was useful for me- I'd overlog or underlog, and mostly just ended up interesting and feeling guilty. But since I'm not doing any dieting this time (though since our financial situation has improved, we find ourselves eating fast food a lot less!) I think I might get more from it. I will be logging my meals, but primarily I plan on using this app to log workouts and classes, and make some fire 's in the community! So if I haven't lost you yet, here's my lame intro thing.
My name is Amber, I'm 23 years old, and I currently weigh 173lbs. I'm looking to lose 50 for now, but at my height I need to lose 70+ to be considered healthy. I'm looking for friends in the same boat, losing weight through exercise more then diet.
