Where can I post Shred workout under exercises

I have owned Shred video for more than 5 years, never finished it completely. Its a failure every time I tried. Cant remember how many times I did it. I had been doing Shred for the past 10 days, just finished Level 1,feels so proud. I could not find anything under cardio or strength, is there already for Shred Level 1, 2 and 3 that I can post against rather than all the individual ones.
