I'm Getting Back Into Shape!

I am a 63 year old man who has diabetes and weighs 260 lbs. The most I ever have. I have been vowing to get out for a walk like I used to and tonight I finally did it! I didn't go far and had to stop and rest three times and I was sweating like a pig, but I got my heart racing and felt like I had really made a breakthrough. I do walk, when I have to go out shopping for food and things I need, but because of old leg injuries from being hit by a truck in 2000, it can be painful and exhausting. Joining the community to learn how you guys are making it happen. I need motivation and inspiration!
