I have found rice crackers to be my saving grace! Each one is about 40 calories. I top that with a tablespoon of guacamole and a squeeze of lime (makes it 60 calories). It's delicious and satisfying. If I'm starving, I can even eat two and maintain my deficit! Good luck!5

Cucumbers, lettuce, pickles, etc. Things that are like zero everything usually with some seasoning on them or mixed into small salads.4

I like Siggis Icelandic style yogurt cups (skyr). They are 100-130 Cals and ~15g of protein.
Grape tomatoes
Small apples2 -
I have been doing small meals at snack time. Something like 5 oz chicken with 5 oz veggies. I'm into beans and corn lately as well. Tons of volume for lower calories so it keeps me full and I avoid the "snacking" mentality that sometimes gets the best of me..1

I'm not sure what you mean by healthy, but I make these in mini muffin pans. http://mamapapabubba.com/2012/09/09/the-best-no-sugar-added-banana-muffins/

How do you make homemade protein bars?0 -
I enjoy salty foods so I go with a jar of Pickles, Olives or Rice/Corn cakes! Pickles are the lowest though, I buy mine with chillies!0

I cut up veggies like red and green peppers, cucumbers, celery etc and use a cheese spread like laughing cow that is only 35 calories a wedge or a yogurt dip. I also have a recipe for a low calorie hummus that's only chick peas, roasted red peppers, garlic feta( I use fat free feta to make it even lighter, salt and pepper and you can add a spicey seasoning if you like it on the spicey side and put it all in the food processor. I had to add a little oil to make it smooth3

All of my favorites:

The fresh fruit satisfies my sweet tooth.0 -

I second Siggis. Best yogurt I've ever had.
I'm fond of bringing boiled eggs, string cheese, and protein bars wherever I go. Easy to transport, and they help me balance out the carbs that seem to fill out the rest of the day. Also, containers of strawberries - small bite sized things that taste great and don't offer a lot of calories.
I like to make a filling smoothie to carry with me all day. Stuff like bananas, milk, yogurt, etc make the smoothie filling. It's easy to drink anywhere, and if you have a fridge at work it's easy to store for break times.
I also swear by toasted seaweed. It's got a light flaky crunch & satisfies savory flavor cravings without many calories.
Last, I recommend hummus & toast, crackers, or crunchy vegetables. It's meaty and savory, perfect for a boost. And it's only 35 calories per tablespoon (the Sabra kind, anyway)0 -

How do you marinate the cucumbers? That sounds good.2 -
So many! I love cucumber slices with a bit of cheese on top, turkey and string cheese roll ups (good preworkout snack) or turkey and hummus roll ups if you are watching your dairy! Fruit bowl (mainly berries, very low carb!), celery and peanut butter, veggie tray and I know this isn't a snack really but I love soup, tortilla, tomato those are so good.1

I love eating noosa yogurt. I tend to eat pretty low fat for all my other meals so I can afford the fat for a snack. Keeps my sweet tooth satisfied. PLUS it comes in pumpkin flavor for fall!0

I made pumpkin spiced baked bananas for the first time. They're not crazy filling but more like low calorie comfort food. I thought they tasted like banana bread pudding but it might be just me. 2 ingredients, 2 seconds to prep and 15 minutes to bake. Heaven. Add a spoon of greek yogurt, peanut butter or eggs and I could seem them being a lot more filling.

I'll do a quarter cup of cottage cheese w/no sugar pineapple cup. Or half serving of cream of wheat w/almond milk and a tiny bit of brown sugar. This link has great ideas:

I carry half a protein bar around in case of emergency. It comes out to about 100 calories.
I am perfecting a home made protein bar but it is not ready for publication. It starts with fat free evaporated skim milk, simmered with Knox gelatine. I add cocoa, cinnamon, Stevia, whey powder, flaked oats, seven cups puffed wheat, sunflower seeds and chocolate chips. It's a little rubbery but it does what I want it to.0 -

Marinated cucumbers are quite easy to make and are delicious.
1large Cucumber, peel and slice
Small Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp pimentos
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
Stir together all seasonings, oil and vinegar. Add cucumber, pimento and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and chill.
