Lacking motivation

I'm really struggling to get back into the swing of loosing weight. I'm currently 1 stone heavier than I was a few months back. I'm by no means over weight...currently 10st 5lbs but I really want to get back down to where I'm more comfortable 9st 5/7. I just can't seem to find any motivation and when I'm with my boyfriend I find it super hard to not eat what he is having and make the right choices. Any words of wisdom or motivation you want to throw my way?!

Motivation is a strange thing. Sometimes we just have to do it. In other words, you need to have a talk with yourself and decide - do I want to stay the same, or make a change. Something I read years ago: "Being fat is hard, losing weight is hard and maintaining weight is hard. Pick your Hard"
There is no secret formula. You certainly don't need to stop eating what your boyfriend eats, but maybe smaller portions. What works for me is to have a vegetable heavy diet. I still eat fatty foods, but I always eat the vegetables first. I also workout and although I may not burn a bunch of calories, if I've eaten a huge meal the day before, my workout sucks.

Hey! I have so many days like this it's insane. I find motivation is what of gets you started but discipline is what keeps you going. That however doesn't help at all to get yourself moving!
One thing that really works for me is just try even something as simple as a 10 minute walk at a time, whether it's on a treadmill or around your suburb. Start small and give yourself achievable goals  a small amount of exercise is better than nothing at all!
If it's food that is the problem I'll often try cutting things out slowly so you don't feel like everything has been taken away from you (huge food fan so a big issue for me!). I've tried really hard to create sustainable changes. Wow please excuse the novel. Hopefully some of it may help

    Good luck!
