I get filled up by volume of food, so for me all the things that are leafy greens, and red cabbage cause its so peppery :)

If people actually saw the amount of red cabbage I eat at once they might think I was insane. It's just so good and adds so much volume for very little calories.

    Tomato
    Jalapeno
    Carrot
    String Cheese
    Zucchini
    Low cal yogurt
    eggs
    chicken breast
    cayenne pepper

I used to go for volume, but have actually found I like fresh and spicy in smaller amounts more as a method of eating less. I don't like it mega hot, jalapeno's are just fine and a pinch of cayenne pepper is enough, but it is enough to slow me down and actually enhances the flavors around them.
