    I'd love to join! I am new to the site. So I think I saw you all do your weigh ins on Thursday and end in April is that right? For breakfast I had 1 cup shredded wheat, honey nut flavor and 1/2 cup 1 % milk. However I am in Germany and I have had all three meals of my day. I am getting ready for bed!
