Motivation needed!

Hi all! I am looking for some buddies to help me stay motivated and on track. I have a lot going on right now, so it's been a challenge, but I have some major goals both physically, mentally, and career-wise, so I need someone who is willing to push me some days. Check in with me every couple days, make sure I've logged something, or drank enough water, or just send me a quick motivation. If you need someone willing to do the same for you, I'd be happy to help you out as well. Feel free to add me as a friend, if you're interested!

Hello there! Well i will be your motivation. Lets set goals for each other. I am setting your weight loss goal for this week to be -0.5kg.
Ive lost a kilo so far and i will aim to match your -0.5kg.
My current weight is 117.9kg and by the end of the week should be 117.40 -
Sounds perfect! I am currently at 90.9 kg, so that should make my goal 90.4 kg by next Wednesday. I'll add you, if you haven't already added me, so we can keep track of each other's progress.0
