Motivation needed!

Hi all! I am looking for some buddies to help me stay motivated and on track. I have a lot going on right now, so it's been a challenge, but I have some major goals both physically, mentally, and career-wise, so I need someone who is willing to push me some days. Check in with me every couple days, make sure I've logged something, or drank enough water, or just send me a quick motivation.     Hello there! Well i will be your motivation. Lets set goals for each other. I am setting your weight loss goal for this week to be -0.5kg.

    Ive lost a kilo so far and i will aim to match your -0.5kg.

    My current weight is 117.9kg and by the end of the week should be 117.4

    Sounds perfect! I am currently at 90.9 kg, so that should make my goal 90.4 kg by next Wednesday. :) I'll add you, if you haven't already added me, so we can keep track of each other's progress.
