Feeling motivated this time

Hi guys I'm new to this app and I'm feeling excited about my weight loss journey(this time). I've tried losing weight before and failed because I was eating too little and when I did I was eating incorrectly. This time though I am eating small meals 5 times a day drinking 2.5l of water a day and working out. Thanks to this app I can track my food and make better food choices.
All in all I'm looking forward to an all-round lifestyle change and meeting new like-minded people.
