I'm new to everything weight lifting. How do I start? Can I do it at home? Any and all education would be helpful! Especially if you have a plan that is great for beginners! Thanks.

Best way to go about it is join a gym nearby and pay for a personal trainer to take you through the fundemental moves such as squats, deadlifts and bench press. Knowing how to do those properly can prevent injury. The trainer can design you a routine and show you the proper way to do each exercise.
If you don't want to gym or trainer you could do body weight exercises at home. Google "body weight workout" for ideas. These are a good way to start out as they are quite effective when you are still untrained and weak. It's also harder to hurt yourself using just your own body.1 -
If you are interested in reading, I think that this guide is a great reference when it comes to the basics of lifting.
If you'd just like a routine, this is the beginner's routine from the same site.1
