My last mini goal was to make 3mph my standard walking pace. Nailed it! Next is to work up to 18 minute miles as my standard walking pace.7

My mini goal is to get below 200. I am currently 219 and I'm so close. I have not been below 200 in 2-3 years.13

Waaaaaaay back in December 2015, I posted here that I wanted to get under 200. Well, I did, and then I stopped tracking for about six months...just picked up again in June.
Now my mini-goal is getting under 180! I saw 180.8 on the scale this morning, so I'm close!20 -

Completed week 1! Now onto completing week 2 and being closer to 30 lbs lost on Tuesday!
On week 3 of couch to 5k, hit 30 lbs lost on Tuesday! Next mini goal is completing week 3 and reaching 170s by October 24th.

Thanksgiving. I am cooking for a houseful and I want to look good in my dress. I have a special apron to go with it. It's my favorite holiday and I'm having my hair done too.22

I have a few mini goals that are finally on the horizon:
1. Get into the "healthy" BMI range. (5 more lbs)
2. To have a waist measurement in the heart-healthy range. (1.5 more inches)
3. To weigh less than my husband. (7 more lbs!)
4. Be in the "healthy" body fat percentage range. (3.4% to lose)8
