help! i'm confused
So i joined up yesterday and uploaded my food and i still had 400 calories to go...went to the seaside today...still have 400 calories to go...when i uploaded my exercise it now says i need to have 900 calories...seriously doesn't sound right...surely i shouldn't be as over weight as i am if i'm not reaching my calories....going to see how it works out on a typical work day so we shall see but i'm confused...does this sound right!?

Well the extra calories that you get after you log exercises is right, I have heard different things on eating them back or not eating them back. I have noticed that now I am actually watching what I am eating and logging it I don't even get to my net calories. You have to at least get up to whatever your net calories are or at least 1200. I still get confused by this and I have been here since May. Hope this helps somewhat and good luck on your journey. :-)0

Make sure your real activity level is set and that you have all your information accurate. People generally over estimate their "base level" activity. If you are a female and eating 400 calories less than your goal, then you are eating right around 1200 calories. If you gain weight while eating 1200 calories, then you need to see a doctor.0
