Any ideas on healthy sandwiches for work? I don't eat fish. I've had a look online and most things suggest tuna which I couldn't possibly stomach!

I pack a lot of sandwiches for work. Some of my go-tos are:
Turkey pastrami & mustard or horseradish sauce
Roast beef & cheese with mustard
Hummus & cheese
Egg salad
Grilled veggies & feta pita pockets
Chicken & hummus
Chicken & cheese
Turkey & cheese
BLT (keep the tomato separate until you're ready to eat or it gets soggy)
Peanut butter & jelly1 -

That's mostly personal preference. Sometimes I use dressings and sometimes I don't. Just depends on what you like & what fits your calorie and nutrition goals.0 -

If you're looking to save a few calories, you can use a wrap instead of bread.1

What kind of bread do you use?

You can put whatever you like on them.....
I easily make a variety of sandwiches that fit into my calorie goal. Some days I use mayo (heavier on calories) some days I use mustard (hardly any calories). I load up on lettuce, tomato, peppers or any other veg.

Hummus, tomato, onion, lettuce and dill pickle.
Turkey, onion and avocado.
Mozarella, tomato and fresh basil.
You can't go wrong with pbj.

I like to make veggie panini's. Typically I will use zuchhini, Onions, garlic and mushrooms (sometimes I'll add some smoked gouda) with Just Mayo instead of regular Mayo. One of my favorite lunches. Its especially good if you use fresh baked breads.0

I make sandwiches most days for lunch. Generally a thin slice of cheese (lately its been habanero jalapeno jack,) about 2 oz of deli chicken or turkey (I look for something with under 500 mg of sodium but thats not always necessary,) a bit of spicy mustard, and I use strained yogurt instead of mayo for that creaminess with less fat and a bit more added protein. Put that on the bread/wrap/flat of your choice (I use homemade multigrain,) add some veggies and a piece of fruit, and its a pretty tasty lunch for under 450 calories0
