Hey peps Jimmy here from new zealand my key to my shredding weight that i only managed to control was nutrition, Always had trouble there thinking because i train hard il get where i want to be and only dieting what i thought was a diet since being able to control my calories and nutrition by using this app has been fantastic going on almost a month of using this app and its going very well seeing alot of results as i train twice a day - cardio mornings weights evenings burning around 1000-1800 calories a day and on a 1900 calorie daily food intake keeping my protein higher then my carbs so 200+ g protein 150- carbs 100- fat is my goal not the apps so i try keep lower then that still not where i want to be in shredding my body but slowly getting there 78kgs is my goal weight but might go a little lower il know once im tight with a very low body fat im good if theres any help needed that i can give il be more then happy to cheers ☺

Food - 80-g fat, 150-g carbs, 200+g protein 1900- calories a day your weight drops fast and good you start to tone really well with daily trainings0

Wow.. burning 2000 calories in the gym a day? Wow.. seriously wow. I barely make it to 400 and I think I am going to die.. great job. Congrats..0
